PBXact - Hosted or On-site IP PBX

PBXact is a full-featured IP PBX that runs either in your office, or from our datacenter.  As well as standard PBX features like voicemail, auto-attendant, time-based routing, and direct inward dialing (DID) -- PBXact adds call recording (on-demand or always-on), detailed reporting, find-me/follow-me, automated outbound message delivery (robodialing), inbound and outbound faxing, and even more.

Over 150 different SIP phones and devices from a variety of manufacturers, including intercoms and overhead paging speakers, can be automatically configured with PBXact. 

When your PBXact system is used with Mitel SIP phones, you'll get some extra benefits.  From your phone, you'll have easy, menu-driven access to visual voicemail, conference room, call parking, and call queue management.  There's no need to memorize feature codes or use your computer's web browser.

XactView, PBXact's operator panel, runs on your Windows, Mac, or Linux system and lets you see who else in your office is on the phone, dial your phone from your computer, review who is waiting in a queue, and transfer calls via drag-and-drop.  There's also a built-in Jabber/XMPP client for instant messaging, or you can use your own XMPP client like Adium or Apple OS X Messages.

All of the configuration, reporting, and call recordings are available through PBXact's web-based administration suite.  If your PBXact system is hosted by us in our datacenter, you'll have a highly-available phone system fully managed by us with no need for any equipment except your desk phones.  PBXact can run in your office on a compact appliance or as a virtual machine, with automatic backups of your system and its data sent to our datacenter daily.
