If you are providing DNS service on your own (not using Cloud 9's DNS service), please contact us before adding any MX records using our mail server. Otherwise, your inbound mail will bounce.

FTP information

FTP server for UNIX Web Hosting

FTP or secure FTP (SFTP) to cloud9.net with the username and password provided to you.

Then use the change directory (CD) command to go to /home/www/sitename -- or specify this as your initial path in your FTP client. It is not possible to browse to this directory.

FTP server for Windows Web Hosting

FTP to ftpwin.cloud9.net with the username and password provided to you. Secure FTP (SFTP) is not supported.

Then use the change directory (CD) command to go to \sitename -- or specify this as your initial path in your FTP client.

FTP server for personal home pages

FTP or secure FTP (SFTP) to cloud9.net with the username and password provided to you. 

Then use the change directory (CD) command to go to public_html -- or specify ~/public_html as your initial path in your FTP client.
